About Subscription: Subscriptions purchased via FiinGate are billed periodically based on your choice of subscription type. Your subscription will not be renewed automatically without your consent, and you will not be charged in advance of each billing cycle.
Invoice & Payment: We accept a variety of payment methods, including bank transfers, cards, post-paid, and payment by package. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are required to make the payment within 05 working days from the date of receiving the payment request or signing the contract, if applicable.
Failure to submit billing during this period or failure to notify our Sales team, in writing, about any deferred payments, may lead to cancellation of your order.
Unless otherwise specified in the contract, no invoice shall be issued prior to delivery of the products, documents, or services.

Cancellation: To change or cancel your subscription or orders, please sign in to your account & contact our Customer Service team. Please note that we cannot cancel orders if they are already in progress.
